Commercial Property Paralegal

Glasgow

Salary (DOE)

Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm

My client, based in Glasgow, has roots tracing back to 1750; they have evolved today into a firm with acknowledged expertise, known for a friendly, hands-on approach. They build strong relationships with clients and make a difference by understanding their specific needs.

They are on the lookout for a Commercial Property Paralegal

Some of the daily tasks:

  • Assisting solicitors or partners on commercial property transactions (sales, purchases, leases, funding/finance).
  • Drafting or reviewing documents, transaction packs, correspondence, and pre-/post-contract admin.
  • Engaging with clients, agents or other parties under supervision.
  • Carrying out research, due diligence, and supporting lease/development work or property-related compliance matters.
  • Supporting property finance, development, and possibly cross-border property work (MSHB advertises expertise in cross-border transactions
