Full job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team of rotational clinical pharmacists.

In this role, you’ll experience a variety of 3-month rotations across a diverse range of clinical specialties — including Emergency Care, Medicine, Surgery, Elderly Care, Medicines Information, and Technical Services. Each rotation offers the chance to develop your clinical expertise, broaden your knowledge, and make a real difference to patient care.

We’re seeking individuals who embody our core values — being excellent in all they do, compassionate in their care, and respectful in every interaction.

You will provide expert pharmaceutical knowledge to pharmacy, medical and nursing staff working across a variety of wards and departments.

Duties will vary dependent upon the rotation but will include:

Medicines reconciliation

Clinical screening and checking of prescription

General clinical pharmacy duties.
