Your Role
  • Support development and delivery of innovative Generative AI solutions to solve complex business challenges.
  • Establish product goals, OKRs, and performance baselines to measure success.
  • Advocate for customer needs while defining product vision and digital solutions that drive business value.
  • Conduct research on user personas, pain points, and journeys; leverage A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Prioritize product features for releases based on commercial, user, and strategic priorities.
  • Provide insights on emerging technology trends, markets, and competitors to inform product roadmap.
  • Champion MVP approach to deliver feasible, viable, and desirable solutions quickly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deliver innovative solutions.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience launching data-driven digital products aligned with strategic goals.
  • Skilled in user research, validating goals and behaviors, and using insights for feature prioritization.
  • Strong understanding of LEAN and design thinking methodologies.
  • Experienced in market analysis, competitor research, and using analytics tools for decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with agile/scrum, sprint planning, epics, user stories, and backlog management.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and convey thought leadership.
  • 4+ years in Property & Casualty insurance and passion for AI and Generative AI innovation.
