  • Proactively identify underperforming areas across websites, mobile apps, and digital touchpoints, recommending actions to improve conversion, engagement, and user experience.
  • Use Google Analytics and proprietary data sources to track user interactions, conversion funnels, and drop-off points, identifying key drivers of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Extract, combine, and analyse data from multiple sources using SQL, performing advanced analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Qlik, owning regular performance reporting across key ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights aligned to business objectives and optimisation initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and governance of Google Analytics tracking and tagging to ensure accurate and consistent measurement across digital platforms.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly through concise reporting, PowerPoint presentations, and stakeholder discussions.

What You'll Need:
  • Proven strong experience as a Web Analyst or similar role in an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Excellent technical skills in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms, with a focus on analysing customer behaviour and website performance.
  • Strong proficiency in report and dashboard building using Qlik or similar BI tools.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
