The applicant MUST be over 18 years old.

Join our team as a Sales Assistant at our dynamic retail establishment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our sales operations. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Engage with customers to provide product information, assist with purchases, and offer exceptional service.
- Maintain a tidy and well-organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Replenish merchandise on shelves and ensure attractive product displays.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment processes.
- Previous experience is essential in either vape shop or retail shop Being able to up sell and speak to customers confidently.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Strong command of the English language for effective communication with customers.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for interacting with customers over the phone.
- Excellent organizational abilities to maintain a structured work environment.
