Full job description

We are looking for someone to represent our beautiful Treaty Shop in Falmouth. We’re looking for someone who has a positive attitude and big personality to serve our fabulous customers.

You will be confident welcoming customers, listening to their needs, and using strong communication and sales skills to recommend our jewellery pieces and lead sales. Experience or interest in arts and visual display is a bonus, as you will help with changing the shop window, aesthetically displaying the jewellery boards and maintaining the look and feel of the space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Using sales and communication skills to sell our jewellery
  • Helping customers find the right products
  • Monitoring and managing stock levels
  • Changing and maintaining the shop window (arts & display)
  • Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and inviting
  • Liaising with our office team and completing requests
  • Managing online order returns

Hours:

  • One day per week
  • 10:30am-16:30pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Falmouth TR11 3HZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
