Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Car Salesperson to join our reputable dealership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales management, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise multilingual abilities and B2B sales experience to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The successful applicant will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers, presenting vehicle options, and closing sales effectively.

Duties

  • Engage with customers both in person and via telephone, providing comprehensive information about available vehicles
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through personalised service and follow-up communications
  • Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer data, and monitor sales progress
  • Conduct B2B sales where applicable, establishing partnerships with corporate clients or fleet buyers
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or vehicle features to maximise sales potential
  • Demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs
  • Maintain organised records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities
  • Ensure high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive sales management is preferred
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging a diverse client base
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
  • Organised with good organisational skills to manage multiple client interactions efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM software systems utilised in automotive or retail environments
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
