We are a tea based drinks concept. We are looking for someone with experience of working in the food and beverage sector with an ability to think on your feet and manage responsibility.
Job Role
As a manager we expect you to lead by example. You are responsible for creating a very welcoming and efficient environment for the team and our customers through ensuring the team is well managed, highest standards of work is maintained at all times, all products are made to company standards and excellent customer service is always delivered. Health and safety and food safety policies must also be followed.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times
· Maintain an efficient working environment through effective management of team and resources
· Ensure a calm and controlled environment is maintained at all times, especially during busy periods, and the team functions collectively and effectively
· Continually support on-going training and development needs of the team
· Understand each customers need through clear and effective communication and meet their requirements
· Ability to perform multiple tasks
· Improvise during unusual events so there is no disruption to work
· Ensure all products are prepared to company specification
· Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to
· Responsible for ensuring correct banking procedures are followed
· Monitor and manage stock levels effectively at all times
· Communicate any issues and possible solutions to senior management in a timely manner
· Complete and manage team rota
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Ability to learn quickly
· Ability to deliver great customer service

· Ability to direct the work of others
· Knowledge of food/beverage and retail environment
· Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues

Summary:
Role: Manager
Rate of pay: up to £17.00p/h with further upside potential
Location: Westfield Shopping Centre, White City, Shepherds Bush
Role involves: Drinks only - take away only
Typical week: usually 2 days off in the week. No early morning starts or late night finishes.
