We are now seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our Hospitality team at Bicester Village. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine leadership skills with a passion for food and exceptional customer service.

What
You’ll Do

  • Lead and motivate a hands-on team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, food safety, and allergen procedures at all times
  • Oversee daily operations including stock control, replenishment, and food presentation
  • Support and coach team members to achieve performance and service standards
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Work collaboratively with the wider management team to drive results


What
We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a premium or high-volume food environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team
  • A genuine passion for food and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and food safety standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a Hands-on, fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
