We are now seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our Hospitality team at Bicester Village. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine leadership skills with a passion for food and exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a hands-on team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, food safety, and allergen procedures at all times
- Oversee daily operations including stock control, replenishment, and food presentation
- Support and coach team members to achieve performance and service standards
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Work collaboratively with the wider management team to drive results
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a premium or high-volume food environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team
- A genuine passion for food and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and food safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a Hands-on, fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
