Product Support Specialist (AMER & EMEA & Non-Profit SaaS)
Product Support Specialist (AMER & EMEA & Non-Profit SaaS)
Benefits
Full job description
The Opportunity
Are you a technical educator who wants their work to matter? We are a mission-driven global SaaS company dedicated to empowering the non-profit sector. As we expand our footprint across the AMER & EMEA region, we are seeking a Product Support Specialist to serve as our UK-based technical expert and user champion.
This is a unique, remote-first role designed for a professional who values flexibility today but wants a long-term career path. You will be the vital link between our mission-driven clients, our UK/AMER/EMEA sales team, and our core support and engineering hub in New Zealand.
The "Growth-Track" Model
We believe in finding the right person, not just the right schedule.
- Phase 1: Start at 20 hours per week (distributed across the week to support our International business hours). This allows you to master the product and support our current regional demand.
- Phase 2: As we grow our international presence, this role is budgeted and intended to transition into a Full-Time position. We are looking for a partner who is excited to grow alongside us.
Your Mission
- Customer Enablement: Deliver remote training sessions that make complex software feel simple, helping charities navigate our platform with confidence.
- Technical Sales Ally: Support our UK based sales staff by tackling the "heavy lifting" on technical queries during the recruitment of new clients—providing the expert answers that close the deal.
- Expert Troubleshooting: Manage and resolve technical support tickets with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
- NZ Team Collaboration: You will be working as a team with our NZ support and engineering team providing near 24hr coverage to our global clients.
Who You Are
- Technically Curious: You love getting "under the hood" of SaaS products and can translate technical concepts into jargon-free, actionable steps.
- A Natural Educator: You derive genuine satisfaction from helping a non-technical user have a "lightbulb moment."
- Autonomously Driven: As a fully remote lead for the AMER & EMEA region, you are comfortable managing your own desk and communicating proactively with global teams.
- Mission-Aligned: You have an interest in the non-profit/charity sector and understand that your technical support directly enables our clients to do more good in the world.
What We Offer
- Work-Life Balance: A 20-hour week initially, providing professional impact with space for your other commitments.
- Global Exposure: An international work environment with daily collaboration between the UK and New Zealand.
- Remote Freedom: 100% remote working—no commute, just high-impact work from your own space.
- Purpose: The chance to support a product that is literally changing how non-profits operate across the globe.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
Benefits:
- Work from home
Experience:
- Customer support or similar: 1 year (required)
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (required)
Work Location: Remote
