Undervalued and underpaid

Company values are great but quickly learn you are just a number. Very unfair and unbalance bonus structure to justify such a poor pay! Demoralising and face needs to fit

Mind numbingly boring days and expected to work miracles to achieve targets, lone working and expected to work through breaks so as the shop is not closed and losing sales...Show more

Challenging and unfair

Management never has time to provide training for staff, and you are heavily encouraged to not take lunch breaks, despite not being paid for them you are expected to work for free. Base pay isn't terrible but when you factor in how many hours you work vs how much you actually get paid for it comes...Show more
