Long hours .bad management . Not enough breaks your just a number lots off clicks . Very stressful and burnout and anxiety .if it wasn’t for bad management it would be nice place it’s very hard work expected to do a lot .Pay is good

The actual work itself is good and it’s really lovely to look after patients and improve their health however we are often short staffed and management don’t do much about it due to budget cuts.
