Flexible, fun, good colleagues, only bad thing is limited holiday around October time. Good pay & promised annual pay rise. Good incentives for staff all year round.

Fun if you get the right branch. Bonuses uncapped. But...Culture has changed since new CEO took over, and not for the better

Good rewards if you put the work in. Bonus every month which is uncapped. Can be very stressful at certain times of the year. Lots of "unwritten rules".Culture has changed since new ceo took over.
