XCS are seeking, motivated and an enthusiastic internal sales advisor to join our expanding team providing IT, Printing equipment and managed print services across the UK.
As a Sales Advisor, your key responsibilities will include reaching out to potential new customers, existing customers, promoting our products and services, and closing deals.
Please note, this role is anoffice-based position in Fordingbridge, Hampshire.
What do we offer our Sales Executives?
- A Generous Basic Salary: Banded depending on experience, starting at £26,000, increasing to £28,000 and up to £30,000.
- Uncapped Commission: Realistic OTE of £45,000, however our top performers are earning in excess of £75,000 per annum.
- Holidays: 28 days holiday.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30-17:00 – no evenings or weekend work.
- Additional Employee Perks: Provided all IT equipment and Free on Site Parking.
In return for this we are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 6-month's experience in a sales role previously.
- Is driven, motivated and enthusiastic to go above and beyond set targets.
- Is hardworking and resilient, we all know sales comes with its challenges.
- Has a positive and proactive attitude.
- Is outgoing, fun and excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Has a Full UK Driving Licence.
