Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Customer service representatve . The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong background in customer service and/or sales with the ability to engage clients effectively. The advisor will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. Duties
- Making calls to customers to qualify them for the government backed schemes.
- Chase outstanding documents from customers.
- Processing customer data accurately whilst using CRM systems.
- Take inbound calls and answer queries.
- Liaise with other team members, ensuring consistent compliance.
- Providing customer service to develop relationships with all customers.
- To be able to work well under pressure, work to deadlines and targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A keen understanding of devloping repour with people and quickly building realtionships.
