About the Company

The Australian owned EGR group is a market innovator and leader in manufacturing since 1973. Our business is well established domestically and also operates internationally in North America, Asia and UK/ Europe with wholly owned operations, employing nearly 800 people worldwide.

About the Role

Based in our Milton Keynes Head Office, this role is focused on driving growth and relationships within the automotive sector across the Europe, with a particular emphasis on partnering with OEM clients both current and potential to deliver engineering innovative solutions tailored to their needs.

You will represent EGR in the global market with a focus on the Europe. You will showcase our automotive accessories as well as design capabilities to build and maintain long-term relationships with automotive OEM’s and stakeholders through aligning your technical engineering expertise with their needs.

You will work hand in hand with our product development team to deliver to the needs of our customers.

As the successful candidate you will have a proven track record in driving results for customers, growing new and repeat business within the automotive industry, and the ability to combine technical engineering knowledge with commercial insight to be the solutions provider to the global automotive market.

You thrive on drawing on your technical skills, account management knowledge and sales experience to provide practical and commercial solutions to any customer.

You have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry from both a supplier to an OEM and a customer perspective, which gives you insight into the solutions our OEM’s are seeking.

You are flexible and adaptable to any environment, commercially astute, love a challenge and motivated to achieve in every way for yourself and the organisation.

If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, represent a global leader in automotive innovation, and thrive in an international sales role, we’d love to hear from you. Join EGR and help us drive growth, build lasting partnerships, and shape the future of the automotive industry.
