Job Overview

Join Allison Homes, an award-winning housebuilder creating high-quality homes and communities across the UK. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Congresbury.

Are you a motivated go-getter with a passion for property sales? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and dream of being part of something big from the ground up? This is your moment.

At Allison Homes, we’re on an exciting journey of growth and expansion, bringing our award-winning homes to communities across the UK. We’re looking for an ambitious, driven Sales Executive who wants to be part of this high-growth adventure and grow their careers with us.

This isn’t just another sales job. At Allison Homes, we build more than houses, we build futures. Our mission is to make home ownership aspirational and attainable, delivering high-quality homes to communities across the East of England, South West, and now the East Midlands.

Our values (Trust, Teamwork, Kindness, and Passion) aren’t just buzzwords. They’re the backbone of our culture and everything we do. When you join us, you’re not just taking on a job; you’re becoming part of a collaborative team that celebrates success and supports each other every step of the way.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Allison Homes on-site, playing a key role in turning interest into happy homeowners. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll guide customers through their buying journey, from first contact to handing over the keys.

This is a role for someone who loves closing deals, building genuine relationships, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll be part of a close-knit sales team with big ambitions and the support to match.

Duties

  • Engage with prospective clients to promote new build properties and generate sales leads.
  • Drive sales and meet/exceed targets on new home developments.
  • Deliver a five-star customer journey from enquiry to completion.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage customer data using our systems (training provided).
  • Stay one step ahead of the market—know the competition and understand local trends.
  • Keep show homes and marketing suites in top shape and showroom-ready.
  • Coordinate with solicitors, estate agents, and internal teams to progress sales smoothly.
  • Contribute ideas to marketing and PR campaigns that make an impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the property or construction sector.
  • A natural ability to connect with people and inspire trust.
  • A hunger to succeed, close sales, and deliver results.
  • Strong communication skills; both in person and in writing.
  • Solid organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • A self-starter mindset who thrives on autonomy and accountability.
  • A professional, friendly, and polished approach.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for property sales and customer service.
  • Must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
  • Valid driving licence is preferred for visiting sites and attending meetings outside the office.

This role offers an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to develop their careers within the property industry while contributing to the growth of our organisation’s new build housing projects.
