Full job description

About us

Easy Online Divorce is one of the UK’s leading online divorce and financial order providers.

We help people make divorce simpler, clearer and more affordable through fixed-fee online services.

We are SRA regulated, highly rated by our clients, and have helped thousands of people avoid the stress, confusion and high cost of traditional solicitor-led divorce.

We have strong demand, a trusted brand and a clear range of services. We are now looking for a confident Sales Consultant to help more people choose the right service and move forward.

The role

This is a consultative sales role.

You will speak to people who have already contacted Easy Online Divorce through our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, online forms or downloadable guides.

Many people come to us unsure about what they need. Some need help starting a divorce. Some need a clean break order. Some need a consent order. Some need help understanding which route is right for them.

Your job is to understand each person’s situation, identify the most suitable service, explain clearly why that option is right for them, and confidently guide suitable clients to purchase.

This is not about pushy selling. It is also not about simply answering questions and hoping people come back.

It is about listening properly, following a clear process, building trust, explaining the value of the service and helping people make a decision.

What you’ll be doing

Your day-to-day role will include:

  • Speaking to potential clients by phone, WhatsApp and email.
  • Calling people who have requested information, completed forms or downloaded guides.
  • Asking the right questions to understand what they need.
  • Identifying the most suitable Easy Online Divorce service.
  • Explaining our fixed-fee divorce and financial order services clearly.
  • Helping people understand the value of choosing the right service.
  • Confidently asking suitable clients to go ahead.
  • Following up properly with people who have not yet made a decision.
  • Sending clear follow-up emails where needed.
  • Keeping accurate notes in our CRM.
  • Working to agreed sales, conversion and follow-up targets.
  • Working closely with the founder and wider team to improve results.

What we’re looking for

Previous sales experience is essential, ideally in a consultative, phone-based or service-led sales environment.

We are looking for someone who can listen carefully, understand the client’s situation, identify the right service, explain the recommendation clearly, and confidently guide suitable clients to purchase.

This role will suit someone who sells by understanding and guiding people, not someone who relies on pressure, scripts or guesswork.

You should be:

  • Confident on the phone.
  • A strong listener.
  • Emotionally intelligent.
  • Commercially minded.
  • Comfortable following a structured sales process.
  • Confident discussing price.
  • Comfortable asking for the sale.
  • Organised and consistent with follow-up.
  • Clear and professional in writing.
  • Reliable, coachable and easy to manage.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and online tools.
  • Able to work from our Newquay office Monday to Friday.

You do not need divorce or legal experience. Full training will be provided.

What we offer

  • £28,000–£32,000 basic salary depending on experience.
  • Realistic OTE of £35,000–£42,000 with performance bonus.
  • Monday to Friday working hours.
  • No weekends.
  • Warm leads and strong demand.
  • Office-based training, coaching and support.
  • A modern office at Mor Workspace in Newquay.
  • A growing business with a strong reputation.
  • A role where good performance will be noticed and rewarded.

Why this is a great opportunity

This is a chance to join a growing business with a clear mission, strong demand and a trusted service.

You will not be selling something people do not need. You will be helping people choose the right fixed-fee service at an important point in their lives.

If you enjoy proper consultative sales — listening, understanding, recommending and closing — this could be a great role for you.
