We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Associate Account Manager to join our fast-paced, growing team in Maidstone. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is early in their career but eager to develop core skills in account management, sales, and leadership.

You’ll play a hands-on role in managing client relationships, supporting strategic growth, and learning how to drive performance across key accounts. With full support and mentoring, this is an ideal pathway into management for someone who thrives in a commercial, client-facing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building trusted relationships with clients by understanding their goals and delivering value
  • Working closely with the sales team to uncover upsell opportunities and support growth
  • Using CRM tools like Salesforce to monitor activity, report performance, and manage communications
  • Preparing internal and client-facing reports, proposals, and performance updates
  • Attending client meetings, presenting insights, and contributing to account strategy
  • Assisting senior leadership with planning and execution across the wider account portfolio

What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in a customer-facing, sales, or account support role
  • Confidence with systems like Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
  • Analytical mindset – able to review data and spot opportunities or risks
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to take on responsibility
  • A long-term view: you're looking to grow, develop, and lead

Why Join Us?
You’ll be supported by a strong team culture, continuous training, and a clear route into leadership. If you're ready to learn, contribute, and grow – this is where you take the next step.
