Transport and Mobility Planning Team Leader for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to lead a fast-growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – the heart of one of the world's fastest-growing regions. Currently, we're engaged in giga developments, encompassing a wide spectrum of mobility-related services, ranging from feasibility studies to strategic transport planning studies and macro/micro modelling.

We are in search of a technically astute professional with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with aspirations for professional growth within our organisation while contributing to our collective goals.

As the Team Leader within our KSA & International division, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and developing your team in collaboration with our broader regional team. Your duties will include project management, resource allocation, client management, business development and proposal preparation, and more.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in the field (preferably from private sector).

  • In-depth experience in mobility & transport planning disciplines. Preferable to have a background with modelling skills (micro, strategic, crowd).
  • **Note: we have a number of people applying not from the field. If you are not experienced in the planning field your application will be deleted.
  • Strong report writing in English is essential.
  • Resilient, ambitious and driven a must.
  • Arabic language is an advantage.
