Yard Operatives / Labourers required for our Scaffolding Yard based in Outwood, Redhill with competitive rates of pay.

You will be responsible for loading and unloading equipment onto the lorries, sorting equipment and fittings, moving equipment within the Yard, and keeping the Yard and surrounding areas clean and tidy in a safety-conscious environment.

Previous experience of labouring is essential, iIdeally within a scaffolding environment; a flexible approach to working conditions as a lot of the work will be outside; excellent communication skills; ability to work in a demanding, time sensitive, fast moving environment; excellent team working style, with an ability to work together to overcome obstacles. Prior qualifications for the use of forklift and counterbalance etc would be advantageous, but not essential. Training can be provided where appropriate.

Training is an important part of any business development, and those who show initiative and hard work have valuable opportunities to develop and grow within the company.

Own transport/driving licence is essential due to the location.
