More than just a driver

Every school day, students rely on us to get them safely to and from school

As a School Bus Drive, you’ll:

• Safely transport students on designated school services
• Carry out daily vehicles safety checks
• Maintain a safe, clm and welcoming environment onboard
• Build positive relationships with regular customers
• Work closely with schools, parents and depot teams

One day you’ll be helping excited Year 7 students settle into a new school. The next you’ll be greeting familiar faces who’ve been travelling with you all year.

You’ll become part of the community, not just part of the journey.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for professional drivers who combine excellent driving standards with great people skills.

You’ll need:

• A valid UK licence Category D (Bus)
• A valid Driver CPC qualification
• The right to work in the UK
• No more than 6 points
• No drink or drug driving convictions, TT99 or mobile phone convictions
• Pass a DBS check
• Pass a pre-employment medical
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• A positive and professional attitude
• A commitment to safety
