We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN1) to join our very friendly and supportive team, to help care for our 22 residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a professional and reputed healthcare environment. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your clinical skills and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives during overnight hours. The ideal applicant will possess a genuine commitment to patient wellbeing.

Duties

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with daily activities.
  • Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with our protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including infection control procedures.
  • Document all nursing interventions clearly and accurately within residents health records.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse qualification recognised by the relevant regulatory body.
  • Proven experience in patient care.
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively during night shifts.
  • Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
