We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Scrum Master, with a hybrid role of Business Analysis to support our Agile delivery teams.

This professional will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and enabling high-performing teams, while also gathering and analysing business requirements to ensure that solutions meet stakeholder needs.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile principles, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and be comfortable working across business and technical teams.

As a Scrum Master

  • Act as a servant-leader to one or more Scrum teams.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
  • Identify and remove impediments or roadblocks to team progress.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, velocity, and sprint progress.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

As a Business Analyst

  • Elicit, document, and analyse business and system requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and UX/UI teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and gap analysis to support project goals.
  • Support the creation of test plans, participate in UAT, and validate that deliverables meet requirements.
  • Maintain and update process flows, documentation, and business rules as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst, preferably in Agile environments.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification (or willing to undertake).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with cross-functional, distributed Agile teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile at Scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
  • Exposure to digital transformation, cloud platforms, or SaaS products.
  • Experience in user experience (UX) or data-driven product development.

Key Competencies
