Full job description

Thank you for your interest in our Seamstress position at Allerton's of London Ltd.

We are looking for creative individuals with a can-do approach, to join our team. We are the leading supplier of Horse Racing Silks in the UK, and we are looking for an experienced seamstress, ideally with experience sewing light fabrics and preferably on industrial sewing machines. This is a maternity cover role, fixed term for 12 months with the potential of a permanent position.

Our seamstresses progress to be trained in our various departments:

Embroidery & Embellishment

Colours (Racing Silks)

Rugs

This maternity cover position will be trained on our industrial sewing machines, working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, joining a small and friendly team just outside of Bicester. Due to our rural location, candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own transport.

You must be within a commutable distance of OX25 3QW.

Salary: £26,100 per year
