Our flagship product — the Digital Twin Core Banking System — enables real-time settlements, tokenized payments, and seamless integration with existing core systems, making banks future-ready for the era of digital money.

As a part of our product growth strategy, we are looking to add a Product Ops Manager, Security & Compliance to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers on security and compliance features, product accreditation and certification and influence product planning and roadmap.
  • Own product and solution overviews, business flows, API documentation and guides, versioning, release notes, and enablement materials for sales and partners.
  • Manage stakeholders of the product security and privacy compliance program, support impact assessments, specialist vendor and partner engagements, internal workflows, policy production plan and owners, documentation and audit readiness.
  • Lead sourcing of new vendors for product, product compliance and tooling, organise vendor evaluations; tier vendor risk, collect security/privacy artifacts, maintain agreements and controls, and track remediation.
  • Support client integrations end‑to‑end with engagement plans, documentation, managing feedback, and ensure secure data flows and audit trails.
  • Support engagement with regulatory bodies and supervisory authority inquiries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Operations Manager / Product Manager - Security & Compliance / Technical Program Manager - Security & Product of a SaaS API-based product, preferably in fintech, banking or blockchain domains.
  • Experience in product operations/ TPM/ compliance in SaaS/fintech; hands‑on with ISO 27001, GDPR, vendor risk, and developer‑facing documentation; comfortable with SOC/ISO tooling (e.g., Drata), API specs, and audit evidence workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management across engineering, legal/compliance, security vendors, and external partners.
  • Experience in integrating with client banks, fintechs or international payment systems, and a deep understanding of banking systems infrastructure.
  • Strong technical knowledge, including an understanding of payment APIs, SaaS concepts, and integration approaches with banking and finance international companies.
  • Advanced understanding of the concept of stablecoins, blockchain solutions, and protocols - knowledge of different aspects of DeFi protocols, custodial and non-custodial solutions.
  • Great content creation skills, proficient in using AI tools; automation tools, and no-code solutions.
  • An advanced level of proficiency in English.
