To work in pubs and clubs where alcohol is sold as Security

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisors to ensure the safety and security of our venues. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining order, preventing loss, and providing a safe environment for both staff and patrons. This role requires a proactive approach to security and an ability to handle various situations with confidence and authority.

Duties

  • Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to control access and egress.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter potential disturbances or criminal activity.
  • Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, utilising first aid skills when necessary.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents, actions taken, and any relevant observations.
  • Provide excellent customer service while enforcing venue policies and regulations.

Skills

  • Proficient in first aid techniques, with certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of loss prevention methods and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict resolution effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail with strong observational skills.
  • Previous experience in a security role is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
