Why Wings Škoda

At Wings Škoda, we’re more than just a car dealership, we’re a family-run business that’s been proudly looking after customers in Peterborough for over 25 years. We believe that coming to work should be enjoyable, which means working alongside people who care, laugh together, and share the same drive to do the right thing for our customers.

When you join us, you’ll never feel like just a number, you’ll be part of a close, supportive team where everyone’s contribution counts. We invest in our people, encourage initiative, and celebrate success. If you want to work somewhere that values your contribution, treats you like an adult, and allows you to grow, you’ll fit right in.

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and organised Service Support Advisor to join our Aftersales team.

This is a blended role, around 60% proactive customer contact and bookings and 40% front-of-house service advisor support. You’ll play a key part in making sure our customers receive an exceptional experience from the moment they book their vehicle in to the moment they drive it away.

Using live data and customer records, you’ll make outbound contact to schedule vehicle servicing and maintenance before it’s due, helping our customers plan ahead and keeping their vehicles running smoothly. You’ll also support our Service Advisors on the front desk, welcoming customers, checking vehicles in and out, and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

If you enjoy talking to people, staying organised, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about doing things the right way, this is the role for you.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine “can-do” attitude and desire to help people.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a confident, approachable manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure.
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive team.
  • IT literate and comfortable using CRM or booking systems.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.

(Automotive experience is an advantage, but if you’ve got the right attitude and transferable skills, we’ll provide full training.)

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with uncapped commission.
  • Industry-leading training both on-site and at the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes.
  • A fun, friendly, and supportive workplace where you’ll be treated like an adult — not micro-managed.
  • Free parking and company pension.
  • Opportunities for growth within a long-established, award-winning, family-run business.
  • The chance to represent one of the fastest-growing car brands in the UK.
