Maintenance Engineer (Roofs & Internal Maintenance)

RMC – Roof Maintenance & Care

RMC is a growing, modern start-up built on over 50 years of combined industry experience. We believe in doing things properly — safely, professionally, and with respect for our people.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team, carrying out roof-based work and internal property maintenance.

The Role

This is a varied position combining working at height with internal works, helping create a sustainable and enjoyable working week.

  • Roof and external maintenance (flat & pitched roofs)
  • Gutter cleaning, roof inspections, minor repairs
  • Safe working at height using ladders, scaffold, and MEWPs
  • Internal property maintenance including:

  • Repairs, patching, and general building maintenance
  • Fault finding and reactive repairs
  • Completion of digital job sheets and photos
  • Professional communication with clients and site contacts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working at height (essential)
  • Property or building maintenance background
  • Strong health & safety awareness
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
