The IT department are seeking a talented Senior IT Operations Analyst who enjoys working with a highly motivated and proactive team

The department supports 7000 users across 900 locations, comprising of a comprehensive IT infrastructure delivering several line-of-business systems which reach out to all staff and officers.

As Senior IT Operations Analyst you will report directly to the IT Operations Manager, supporting the IT operations (which includes Windows Server, VMWare, backup and DR, monitoring and following standard ITIL processes. The environment is hybrid with a co located data centre cloud services), along with developing solutions and long-term strategies.
