Social Media & Content Assistant – KOE Luxe Chauffeur

Job Overview

KOE Luxe Chauffeur is a luxury chauffeur business providing premium transport across London and the UK. We’re looking for a creative, organised Social Media & Content Assistant to help showcase our vehicles, promote our services and grow our online presence.

You’ll turn photos and videos supplied by our team into engaging content, help manage our social media channels and contribute marketing ideas that attract enquiries and bookings.

Duties

• Edit supplied footage into polished Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and social media stories.
• Create attractive graphics and promotional posts that reflect our luxury brand.
• Write captions and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Develop content ideas showcasing our vehicles, onboard features, chauffeur services and special occasions.
• Maintain a content calendar to keep our channels active and consistent.
• Monitor comments and messages, respond to routine interactions and pass booking enquiries to our team.
• Support influencer collaborations, brand partnerships and marketing campaigns.
• Track engagement, audience growth and enquiries to identify which content performs best.
• Handle client content with discretion and ensure permission is confirmed before sharing identifiable guests.

Required Skills

• Confident editing short videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Able to create social media graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, including platform formats and trends.
• Strong written English, caption-writing skills and attention to detail.
• A good eye for visuals and an understanding of how to present a luxury brand.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines and work independently.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience creating content or managing social media for a business.
• Experience within luxury, automotive, travel or hospitality brands.
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising, influencer outreach or basic website content.
• Photography or filming skills would be a bonus.
