Join our dynamic team at Naked Solar's Newquay Hub as a Solar Installer, where you'll embark on an exciting journey to acquire new skills and contribute to our expanding team. A great opportunity to work as part of a small team in our fast growing company that cares about the team and provides high quality products and services to customers in a friendly environment.

You will be working throughout the South West assisting with roof installations of the latest Green technology for domestic and commercial customers. Plus maintenance, testing, and remedial work on existing Solar PV arrays.

Responsibilities

  • Install solar photovoltaic systems on residential and commercial properties using hand and power tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a valid CSCS card.
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare installation sites, including excavation if necessary.
  • Perform electrical connections and troubleshoot system issues, applying mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Every team member has a monthly 121 with their trained line manager to ensure you're happy, supported and maximising your potential.
