Full job description

LFCS Legal is expanding its Property Department and is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join the firm as a Partner on a Freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
  • Handling sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity matters
  • Liaising directly with clients, lenders, estate agents and solicitors
  • Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and AML requirements
  • Managing files independently with minimal supervision

Requirements (Essential):

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of UK residential and commercial property transactions
  • Ability to work independently as a self-employed solicitor
  • Excellent client communication and organisational skills
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance (or willingness to be covered under firm policy)

Additional Skills (Advantageous but Not Essential):

  • Ability to communicate in Persian (Farsi), Arabic, and/or Ukrainian
  • Experience working with multilingual or international clients
