Full job description

Launched in May 2025, the newly refurbished New Forest Spa at Balmer Lawn Hotel is a beautiful, massage-led spa with six treatment rooms and a relaxation area. We welcome both residents and non-residents and are now looking to expand our team with full-time and part-time Spa Therapist & Receptionist roles available! This role will be predominantly based on the Saltus Spa reception desk, providing a warm and professional welcome to guests and showing them around the facilities. Flexibility is essential, as you will also be required to carry out spa treatments when needed.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a spa setting within a similar quality establishment
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
  • Willingness to work on a rota basis
  • Smart and professional appearance
  • Confident delivering spa treatments as well as handling reception duties
  • Availability for weekend and Bank Holiday work, as these are our busiest periods

  • Perform a range of spa treatments to a high standard when required
  • Support the wider spa team in daily operations
