Front of House Supervisor, WatchHouse.

You will oversee floor and counter service in bustling locations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Directly reports into: House Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the floor and counter service, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences during your shift.

  • Provide unparalleled hospitality, being the first point of contact for customers and creating a welcoming and engaging environment.

  • Working alongside the management team in your House to mentor and support your team, providing guidance, training, and encouragement to deliver WatchHouse standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail across the House.

  • Be a fountain of knowledge for the team when it comes to WatchHouse products and standards.
