  • Translate client requirements into clear engineering scope and deliverables
  • Ensure alignment between mechanical, electrical, systems, and software disciplines
  • Resolve technical queries quickly to maintain project progress

Client Interface

  • Lead technical discussions with clients during design, delivery, and installation phases
  • Respond to client queries and provide clear technical explanations

  • Support system integration across hardware and software components
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during build and test phases

Procurement & Production Interface

  • Work with procurement to define technical specifications and manage supplier inputs
  • Support production during system assembly and build
  • Ensure materials and components meet project requirements and timelines

Testing

  • Plan and lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT / SFAT)
  • Take an active, hands-on role during testing and fault finding
  • Ensure all actions are closed prior to deployment

Installation & Commissioning

  • Attend site or offshore locations to support installation and commissioning
  • Oversee installation activities to ensure systems are set up correctly
  • Work with offshore teams, subcontractors, and clients on site
  • Support system commissioning and initial performance validation

Documentation & Control

  • Work closely with document control to ensure all project documents are issued, tracked, and submitted on time
  • Maintain accurate and up to date project documentation in line with company processes
  • Ensure document revisions, approvals, and client submissions are managed correctly
  • Support project close-out documentation and deliverables
