About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Student Engagement & Support Officer to support our current students throughout their educational journey. You will play a key role in maintaining regular contact with students, monitoring their progress, and ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, communicating with people daily, and working within an education-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact with current students via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Monitor student progress and overall experience
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and positive student journey
  • Identify and address any academic, personal, or administrative challenges students may face
  • Escalate concerns or issues to relevant teams when necessary
  • Accurately record all student interactions and updates
  • Act as a consistent point of contact for students
  • Engage with students to obtain referrals of friends, family members, or contacts interested in pursuing further education

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, confident, and supportive approach
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and via digital platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in student support, education, customer service, or engagement roles is advantageous but not essential
