Core Subject Tutors Needed | Warrington & Nearby Areas | £25–£28 per hour

Looking to step away from the pressures of the classroom while still making a genuine difference in education?

We are currently seeking passionate Maths, English, and Science tutors across Warrington and the surrounding areas to provide high-quality 1:1 tuition to pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds.

This role offers the opportunity to support students in a more personalised way — whether they need a confidence boost, extra academic support, or alternative provision due to SEN/SEMH needs.

What makes this role different?

  • Focused 1:1 Support – Deliver tailored face-to-face sessions outside of a traditional classroom environment
  • Freedom to Teach Your Way – Plan and adapt lessons around each pupil’s individual learning style and needs
  • Flexible Working – Choose the hours that suit your schedule, whether you’re looking for a few sessions a week or a fuller timetable
  • Rewarding Outcomes – Build strong relationships and directly see the progress your support creates

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English and/or Science
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs
  • A good understanding of the UK national curriculum
  • The ability to adapt learning approaches to engage individual students
  • Teaching, tutoring, or classroom experience

What we offer:

  • Flexible hours ranging from 1 to 25 hours per week
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
  • Opportunities to work within your local community around Warrington

If you’re ready to make a real impact through personalised education, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today!
