We are looking for a Nurse to join our Continence Service

What is the role?

As a Continence Nurse you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive a professional, efficient and compassionate service. You will be providing specialist continence knowledge to patients either in clinic, at home visits or on the telephone.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional face-to-face, telephone and email support to patients
  • Leading clinics
  • Keeping up-to-date with specialist training
  • Providing specialist knowledge to patients, carers, colleagues and other professionals.
  • Working closely with clinicians to ensure patient pathways are managed efficiently.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the continence service and patient experience.

You'll join our Continence Service.

We are an organisation whose purpose is to support Primary Care across Suffolk through collaborative working and the delivery of high-quality NHS community services. Our continence service provides bladder, bowel and stoma care to the people of Suffolk, working alongside primary, secondary and community care partners across Suffolk and North East Essex.
