Permanent, Part Time 30 hours per week – East Central
Permanent, Part Time 30 hours per week – North

Bristol Family Hubs and Early Help Team are looking for motivated individuals to join our service in the role of Family Hub Support Worker who are passionate and committed to working with families, children and young people in communities across Bristol.

Family Hubs offer all families and children unique experiences to enable them to reach their full potential.

The role will involve working within locality Family Hub & Early Help teams to;

Work with children and their families within communities, providing a range of support that improves their outcomes and maximises their health and wellbeing.

To deliver a range of Family Hub group activities for children and families in a variety of settings.

Work in partnership with parents to provide early identification of need and signpost to services of support as required.

Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
