About You:

You will need to be a professional, motivated, enthusiastic, confident and methodical individual who is comfortable working in a fast passed environment, with experience managing multiple projects.

Job Purpose:

To support the efficient day to day operation of the office and cleaning operations. As the primary point of contact the individual will build positive staff, client and supplier relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

General Administration: Manage day-to-day office tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the business.

Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, produce regular reports, and update internal systems to support operational planning and decision-making.

Systems Management: Work confidently within company software and scheduling systems, ensuring information is up-to-date and processes are followed correctly.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong, professional relationships with clients, responding promptly to queries and supporting high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with supervisors and cleaning staff, ensuring they have the information, schedules, and support they need.

Scheduling & Planning: Assist with rota management, job scheduling, and ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.

Quality Assurance Support: Help monitor service standards by logging issues, following up on actions, and supporting service improvement processes.

Documentation & Compliance: Keep documentation, contracts, onboarding records, and compliance files up to date and organised.

Communication: Act as a central point of contact in the office, ensuring clear and timely communication across the team and with clients.

Problem-Solving: Address day-to-day operational challenges proactively and escalate issues when necessary to ensure continuity of service.
