This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join our Central Operations team on a fast track to real responsibility. We are looking for an exceptional graduate who is looking for a role with real management responsibility working in the heart of business systems, and motivated to learn what it takes to run a successful business in today’s digital landscape.

Based in our dynamic and rapidly expanding multimedia company in central London, you will be reporting directly to the Financial Director and COO, with regular exposure to the CEO. Gaining management experience in many media areas (including international documentary production and distribution, post production, communications for the healthcare and educational sectors, art and music festivals, software development, video art, hotels and leisure), the successful candidate will have the ability to analyse information and make decisions, together with the drive and determination to put them into action.

Following a rigorous three-month training period, you will learn and apply contemporary management theory, be capable of assessing real-world problems and visualising elegant solutions. You will be responsible for implementing real change and improvement through the production, development and maintenance of critical business systems and processes. We then expect the successful candidate to specialise across one or more of the group’s businesses, with scope for rapid career growth.

You will be part of a team charged with the goal of improving the operation and efficiency of our diverse range of businesses, and on a pathway to a rapidly advancing career. We are looking for candidates who possess the entrepreneurial spirit, commercial awareness and technical ability to make things happen and take our systems to the next level.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace, and actively support and encourage people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences to join us and help shape what we do. In joining our team, you will also become eligible for our range of benefits, including our pension scheme, private healthcare insurance cashback scheme, hybrid working, Cycle to Work, frequent company socials and biannual parties, gym and festival ticket discounts, and more!

All applicants should have an excellent educational background (minimum of a 2:1 degree from a top university). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable but not essential as long as you can demonstrate aptitude and the ability to learn.

If you think you have what it takes to succeed, please apply now!
