NorthBridge Talent is an ambitious recruitment consultancy looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants with an entrepreneurial mindset. You'll have the freedom to build your own desk, choose the sectors you recruit into, and maximise your earnings with an uncapped commission structure.
This is a business development focused role, ideal for recruiters who are confident generating new clients and building long-term relationships from the ground up.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing client relationships to facilitate successful recruitment processes across various industries.
A strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and social media management is essential to excel in this position. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a proactive approach, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for connecting talented candidates with organisations.
Duties
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other business development activities to win new clients and build your own desk.
- Develop new client relationships and work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, company culture and hiring objectives.
- Source, screen and interview candidates to asses their skills, experience and suitability for client vacancies.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability and provide interview coaching and feedback to maximise successful placements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labour market conditions, and new tools or platforms that can enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high quality candidates and prospective clients within your chosen specialist market.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years within 360 recruitment is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport remotely across diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and relationship management within recruitment.
- Experience with client negotiation and persussaion techniques.
- Self-motivated, resilient and target driven.
- You must be confident making cold calls and email outreach and be resilient to rejection. Business development is a key part of this role.
