Main purpose of the role
We are expanding our internal Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us on a fixed term contract for six months initially, with the potential opportunity to become permanent dependent on business need.
Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in sourcing and engaging candidates across your aligned regions, supporting all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, and helping to build Keepmoat’s strong employer brand within the local market.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver day-to-day recruitment support, including advertising, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Use direct sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, and social media to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future hiring needs.
- Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers and HR Managers across the regions.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance standards.
- Contribute to recruitment campaigns and help develop engaging content to attract candidates.
HS&S Responsibilities
To take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work and adhere to the Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.
Skills, knowledge & experience
Experience supporting recruitment, either in-house or agency, with exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Skilled at candidate sourcing, screening, and managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment tools, and candidate databases.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, confident in liaising with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in housebuilding, construction, or related sectors is desirable.
This is a hybrid role based from one of our regional offices, perfect for someone who enjoys being outward-focused, networking within the industry, and helping shape the future of Keepmoat’s talent.
If this sounds like you, please apply now. For more information, contact recruit@keepmoat.com.
