Talent Manager (Creative Industries)

The Opportunity

At Yellowcat, we connect some of the world's leading creative businesses with exceptional freelance talent. From global brands and fashion studios to production companies, post-production houses and creative agencies, we're trusted to find the people who bring ideas to life.

We're now looking for a Talent Manager to become a key part of our growing business.

This is a varied, fast-paced role that sits at the centre of everything we do. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and managing some of the very best creative talent in the market, helping to build long-term relationships with freelancers while supporting clients on a wide range of exciting projects.

Whether you're discovering an outstanding Producer, Art Director, Photographer, Video Editor or Fashion Stylist, you'll play an important role in ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional talent and service.

No two days are ever the same. One day you could be sourcing specialist talent for an exciting campaign, the next interviewing freelancers, managing talent availability, growing our networks, coordinating screenings or helping shape and maintain our carefully curated talent community.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, is naturally curious, highly organised and thrives in a busy environment where building relationships is just as important as attention to detail.

About you

We're looking for someone who is proactive, personable and loves connecting great people with exciting opportunities.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within recruitment, talent acquisition or talent management.
  • Experience working within, or recruiting for, the creative, production, media, design or marketing industries would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A naturally organised approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • A genuine interest in creative industries and the people behind them.
  • A positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.

Why join Yellowcat?

For over 20 years, Yellowcat has built a reputation for delivering exceptional creative talent to some of the most respected brands, agencies, studios and production companies. We're a specialist consultancy with a personal approach, passionate about people and proud of the relationships we've built across the industry.

Joining us means becoming part of a business where you'll have real responsibility, genuine variety and the opportunity to make a visible impact every day while developing your own career within the creative recruitment sector.

The Package

  • Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum
  • Contract: Initial 6-month contract, with a strong view to becoming permanent
  • Hybrid working: Minimum 2 days per week onsite in South London
  • Opportunity to work with some of the most exciting creative businesses and talent in the industry

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
