Job Overview
We are looking for that special someone who:

· Will work 1:1 with a child in KS1

· Is able to form positive relationships with children and motivate them to learn

· Has good interpersonal skills and works well as part of a team

· Has a good standard of English and Maths

· Is keen to develop their practise and be an outstanding practitioner

· Is able to contribute to the planning and assessment of pupils learning

Duties

  • Develop and implement innovative learning materials and resources tailored to various learning styles.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and seminars to promote skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Assess learner progress through evaluations and feedback mechanisms, adjusting programmes as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in existing educational offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Support learners in achieving their educational goals by providing guidance and mentorship.
