What you will be doing:
Delivering practical plastering and drylining training
Supporting adult learners on funded and accredited programmes
Helping learners build evidence towards qualifications
Working alongside assessors and IQAs to understand quality requirements
Developing your own assessor and IQA competence over time
Contributing to a growing, professional delivery team
Essential:
Strong trade background in plastering
Reliability and professionalism
Willingness to complete CAVA (A1) and IQA after joining
Desirable but not essential:
Existing A1/CAVA or assessor qualification
Existing IQA qualification
Experience in training, FE, or funded delivery
Multi-trade experience
We will support the right person to gain:
CAVA (A1) Assessor qualification
IQA qualification
Ongoing CPD and progression
Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 (dependent on experience and existing qualifications)
