About The Role

Parts Advisor



Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Bolton

Full-time | Monday – Friday, with Saturdays on a rotational basis

At Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Bolton, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team and support seamless workshop operations.

In this role:

  • You’ll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
  • You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
  • You’ll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
  • You’ll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.

We're looking for:

  • Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
  • Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
  • Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
  • Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
