Overview
WorkSmarter is a fast-growing HR software company helping SMEs streamline their people operations. With over 40,000 users on our platform, we’re continuing to expand and are now looking for a motivated Appointment Booker & Sales Assistant to join our team in our Reigate office.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organised, and eager to grow within a scaling tech business. You’ll be speaking with warm leads, booking product demos, and supporting our sales team to ensure a smooth and professional experience for every prospective client.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads and follow up with prospects via phone and email
  • Book qualified product demos for our sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-up communication
  • Provide a positive and professional first impression of WorkSmarter
  • Assist with small sales projects and campaigns as required

About You

  • Confident, friendly, and professional communication style
  • Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls to warm leads
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or admin roles is beneficial but not essential
