We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Sales Associate to join our new retail location within a prestigious shopping destination in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing international luxury brand and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience from day one.

The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our clients while supporting the day-to-day success of the concession. You will act as a brand ambassador, building genuine relationships with customers and delivering the high level of service for which LUCA FALONI is known.

Working within a small and dedicated team, you will enjoy a varied role with meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of the location.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding luxury customer experience at every stage of the client journey.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalised service and clienteling activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across all collections.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented to the highest standards.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, replenishment, and inventory processes.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Represent the Luca Faloni brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.

About You

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, luxury, premium, or customer-facing environments.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, professional, and naturally relationship-oriented.
• Well organised, dependable, and proactive in your approach to work.
• Comfortable taking initiative and working responsibly within a small team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Interest in luxury products, menswear, or premium retail is advantageous.
